Priska Pföstl is a certified physio for foot reflexology massages and has also been initiated in the art of REIKI massages. At the moment she is studying in Greece and Germany to be a transformation therapist according to the Robert Betz philosophy. This therapy aims at transforming all states of suffering into feelings of joy, peace, liberty and health.

Foot reflexology treatment with REIKI

Try a soft way of getting in shape. This treatment applies pressure to certain reflex zones on the foot to create a pleasant, positive effect on your well-being. It helps release pressures and jams in the skin and you will feel the energy flow through your body. You will find balance within your body and your self-healing powers will be activated. This is followed by a traditional Reiki treatment, a special technique where hands are put on the central energy points of the body in order to reload them and create a balanced feeling of well-being.
This relaxing treatment will leave you feeling content and at peace with your body.

Transformation coaching

The transformation therapy is one of the most effective, quick and soft treatments that there are. It enables us to, within a short period of time, use feelings of suffering and pain to relieve fear, anger, sadness and powerlessness. This philosophy will greatly help us when we are in spots of bother and do not know how to cope with loss, sadness and disappointment.
