A week of indulgence for wine lovers.

Get ready for our fourth Wine & Gourmet Week, filled with exclusive highlights. Experience the exciting diversity of the wine world and treat yourself to a few days dedicated to the enjoyment of WINE. Winemaker and host Stefan Pföstl, along with cellar master, oenologist, and winemaker Georg Weger, are looking forward to welcoming you.

The program will be complemented by local delicacies created by chef Stephan Egger and sommelier Gernot Massner and their teams.

  • 7 nights of wellness accommodation including gourmet half board

The programme: 

  • Sunday: ‘Wild Wine & Song’  Dinner with wine pairing at Restaurant Luminis. (€98, included in the package price)
  • Monday: 6 p.m.; Tour of the Pföstl winery, followed by an aperitif with sparkling wine specialities from South Tyrol and Trentino, accompanied by fine appetisers and finger food.
  • Tuesday: 10 a.m.; ‘The Cooper’ Mr Mittelberger explains the production of barrique barrels, followed by a walk through the wine village of St. Pauls with a stop at the ‘vis à vis’ wine bar. In the afternoon, tour of the Preaklarus sparkling wine cellar with tasting (€46 included in the package price).
  • Wednesday: 8.30 p.m.; Piedmont visits the Schenna Resort. Oenologist and cellar master Georg Weger guides you through the diversity of the Nebbiolo grape with a tasting of fine wines. (€68 included in the package price)
  • Thursday: 10 a.m.; tour of the Terlan winery with tasting and walk through the vineyards. (€35 included in the package price)
  • Friday: 4.30 p.m.; Cooking workshop with chef Stephan Egger: ‘Sustainable cooking, the right dish to accompany wine’ (€25 included in the package price) From 9 p.m.; Evening of entertainment with live music ‘Simple men’
  • Saturday: 10.30 a.m. Tasting of autumnal South Tyrolean and Italian specialities at the Pföstl ‘Gusta’ delicatessen shop.
