Get ready for our fourth Wine & Gourmet Week, filled with exclusive highlights. Experience the exciting diversity of the wine world and treat yourself to a few days dedicated to the enjoyment of WINE. Winemaker and host Stefan Pföstl, along with cellar master, oenologist, and winemaker Georg Weger, are looking forward to welcoming you.

The program will be complemented by local delicacies created by chef Stephan Egger and sommelier Gernot Massner and their teams.

An exclusive program:
Aperitif with delicious appetizers and the first presentation of the new "Meraner Küchelberg Alte Rebe"
"Südtiroler Sektkellerei Arunda" as a guest at Schenna Resort, with a comparative tasting of sparkling wines
Enjoyable panoramic hike through the "golden vineyards" of Caldaro with a winery tour and tasting at the Manincor winery
1 dinner in the rustic rock cellar Cooking workshop with kitchen master Stephan Egger: "How to pair dishes with wine?"
Lecture on "soils and their influence" and tasting of fine red wines with cellar master Georg Weger
Walk through the vineyards to the neighboring winery "Riedingerhof" for a visit and tasting of their organic character wines
Explore the world of fine cheeses while sommelier Gernot Massner serves the perfect accompaniment of selected wines.
Upon request, enjoy the finely tuned wine pairing with the daily evening menus by sommelier and service manager Gernot.
Grape seed oil peeling and massage

We conclude the week on Saturday evening with a delightful finale, accompanied by wine and music from the group "Duo Sonoro" .
