How sustainable hospitality can succeed in everyday operations was the focus of an exclusive evening at the LUMINIS restaurant. Under the motto “Shaping the Future Together”, hosts Heidi and Peter Wörndle, together with head chef Stefan Egger, presented the Schenna Resort’s comprehensive sustainability initiatives – from regional supply chains and resource-conscious processes to intelligent menu planning aimed at reducing food waste.
