Schenna Resort – Become the smiling face of our hotel

Do you enjoy interacting with guests, have a service-oriented approach to your work, and can you keep a cool head even when things get busy? Then you’ve come to the right place!
For our family-run 4-star superior resort in Schenna, we are currently seeking a dedicated Front Office Manager or Receptionist (m/f/d) to welcome and look after our guests with warmth, professionalism and organisational skills.

Your responsibilities – varied, demanding & focused on guest interaction

Professional check-in and check-out, as well as warm guest care throughout their stay
Ensuring smooth operations at reception and coordinating with all departments
Receiving and processing bookings, quotes and guest communications
Managing the till system and maintaining guest records
Handling enquiries by phone, email and in person
Actively contributing to service quality and the guest experience at the resort

What we’re looking for

A completed qualification in hospitality, tourism or a similar field
Professional experience in reception or front office roles is an advantage
Excellent command of German, as well as good knowledge of Italian and English
A strong service-oriented approach, a sense of responsibility and a genuine enjoyment of interacting with guests
A structured and meticulous approach to work, and a team spirit.
