General information about your holiday

What do I need to know about arrival and departure?

The rooms can be occupied from 2 p.m. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11.00 a.m.

To make your arrival more pleasant, we offer you the possibility to check in online from home by sending us your details in advance.

It is unfortunately not possible to reserve a specific room number or a specific table.

What happens in case of cancellation and how can I insurance me?

Cancellation conditions:
Up to 21 days before arrival: free cancellation
20 to 14 days before arrival: 30% of the booking value
13 to 3 days before arrival: 60% of the booking value
2 days before arrival, no-show or early departure: 80% of the booking value

 

Travel cancellation insurance:
Whether due to illness, accident or other unforeseen events – if you have to start your holiday late, cancel it altogether or leave early, our travel cancellation insurance protects you from unwanted cancellation costs. This allows you to plan your holiday with peace of mind.

Are there parking facilities and charging stations for electric cars?

We have enough car parking spaces and an underground car park at your disposal. There are also 5 charging stations for your electric car. 

How long are vouchers valid?

Vouchers have a validity of two years. They are non-refundable.

Which payment methods are accepted?

The hotel bill can be settled in cash, by credit card or EC card. Diners Club and American Express are not accepted.
In the event of a drastic increase in VAT or a currency crisis, we reserve the right to adjust prices accordingly.

How is the catering organized at the Schenna Resort?

If dinner is cancelled (before 12 p.m.), €10.00 per meal will be reimbursed (except when booked through a travel agency).

 

Can I bring my dog with me?

In the interest of all guests, only a limited number of dogs can stay at the hotel (and only in certain room categories). Please let us know when you submit your enquiry. We cannot allow dogs to enter the dining room, indoor swimming pool, or sunbathing area. Price per day and dog: €30.00 without food.

Are there barrier free rooms at the Schenna Resort?

Yes, a limited number of barrier free rooms are available at the Schenna Resort.

Please inform us of your requirements already at the time of inquiry or booking so we can best accomodate your needs.

How can I get around South Tyrol easily without a car?

With the South Tyrol Guest Pass, which is included for you during your stay at the Schenna Resort, you can use all public tramsort thoughout South Tyrol free of charge.

This allows you to travel comfortably and sustainably by bus, train and selected cable cars.
