For our family-run 4-star superior resort in Schenna, we are looking with immediate effect for a motivated Front Office Manager or Receptionist (m/f/d) who welcomes and supports our guests with warmth, professionalism, and strong organizational skills.

 

Your Responsibilities

Varied, responsible, and guest-oriented

  • Professional check-in and check-out, as well as warm and attentive guest care throughout the entire stay
  • Ensuring smooth operations at the reception desk and coordinating with all departments
  • Handling reservations, offers, and guest communication
  • Managing the cash register system and maintaining guest data
  • Processing inquiries by phone, email, and in person
  • Actively contributing to service quality and the overall guest experience at the resort

 

What You Bring

  • Completed training in hospitality, tourism, or a comparable qualification
  • Previous experience at the reception or in front office is an advantage
  • Very good German skills and good knowledge of Italian and English
  • Strong service orientation, sense of responsibility, and enjoyment of guest interaction
  • A structured, precise working style and team spirit
